The 60-Day Gelagen Guarantee
Sixty days from the moment your card is charged, and bottles you have already been eating from are covered. That second clause is the one that matters.
Why Opened Bottles Count
A great many guarantees in this industry apply only to sealed, unopened product. Read that clause carefully and you will see what it does: it makes the guarantee unclaimable by anyone who actually tried the thing. You cannot know whether a supplement works for you without taking it, and taking it breaks the seal.
So ours covers opened bottles. Take Gelagen every morning for eight weeks, decide it has done nothing for you, and you are still inside the window with a right to your money back for the product. A guarantee that cannot be claimed is marketing. This one is meant to be usable.

What is not covered: return postage is yours, and any shipping you originally paid is not refunded. Requests arriving after the sixtieth day fall outside the policy. Those are the only exclusions, and we would rather list them here than let you meet them at the worst moment.
How To Claim
Five Steps, In Order
The whole process, written out plainly, including the step everybody misses.
Write before you post
Contact the checkout that took your order, with your order number, and say you would like to use the sixty day guarantee. Get the return authorisation before anything leaves your house.
Pack what you have left
Full bottles, part-used bottles and empties all go in the box. Nothing needs to be sealed and nothing needs to be full.
Write the authorisation number on the outside
This is the step people skip, and a parcel without it can sit unmatched in a warehouse for weeks. Put it on the box itself, clearly.
Send it with tracking
Postage is yours. Tracked postage is worth the small extra, because it is your proof the parcel arrived if anything is ever queried.
Refund is issued on receipt
Once the warehouse receives and matches your parcel, the refund is processed to your original payment method. Your bank then takes its own few days.
Please Give It Longer Than Three Weeks First
Almost every refund request that reaches us arrives inside the first month, which is precisely the window in which nothing can honestly have happened yet. Skin renews across four to six weeks and nails record what was available months ago.
If you are at week three and disappointed, you are on schedule rather than out of luck. The guarantee runs to day sixty deliberately, so that the decision can be made after the first cycle has actually turned over rather than during it.
And if you get to day fifty-five and the answer is still no, use it. That is what it is for, and one of the stories on this site is from someone who did exactly that.
Who Handles It
Payment, dispatch and refunds are all handled by the official checkout under the terms shown there at the time of purchase. That is where your money went and that is where a refund is issued from. Do I have to give a reason?
No. You can say it did nothing, you can say you disliked the taste, and you can say nothing at all. The window does not depend on the reason.
What if I have finished every bottle?
Send back the empties. The policy is designed around people who actually took the product, which is the only way anyone finds out whether it worked.
Do I get the shipping back?
The product is refunded. Original shipping, where you paid it, is not, and return postage is yours. Three and six bottle orders ship free, so for most people there is no original shipping to discuss.
How long does the money take to arrive?
Processing happens once the warehouse receives and matches your parcel, and your bank then adds its own few working days before it appears on the statement.
Can I claim on day sixty-five?
No. Sixty days is sixty days from the date of payment. If you are close to the edge, start the request before the deadline rather than after it.
